Madison

Last night Madison and I had the privilege of staying up ALL night long! And let me tell you it was one long night. This mama and her girl like their sleep. I will admit that I had high hopes of getting some things done last night, but Madison just wanted to watch movies, so we vegged.
Madison was suppose to get all of her testing done today for the episodes that she has been having. The only other thing that was worse than staying up all night was the 6:30 a.m. appointment in Williston. Driving for an hour at 4 in the morning with a 5 year old, that you had to keep awake was not much fun. Her movie was turned up all the way and she was still trying to sleep. The only thing that helped was looking for Christmas lights. She thought the lights on the drilling rigs we Christmas lights. She couldn't figure out why they were up already.
Her EEG went on with just a little problems. She was so tired and loopy from her medication she didn't want to be touched at all. And boy oh boy did she let us all know. Bless her heart! But as soon as everything was hooked up, out she went. We finished up just in time for her MRI. But however by the time they called us back her medication had began to wear off! Then they had to put her into a gown and tried to get her to lay down. We worked for a good 45 minutes trying to talk her into doing it. But the second the tech slid down the face cage it started all over. And don't even let me began on what happened when they slid her into it. Goodness! And then they turned it on! We decided it would be better to have her fully sedated for the MRI. There was no way she would sit 100% still during it. Dr. Cook wants to wait and see how the EEG comes back before scheduling the MRI again.
Next we had her eye appointment. She could barely keep her eyes open towards the end. But that because the whole apt. was about 2 hours long! Little girly with be sporting some cute new glasses soon! She wanted pink, and we couldn't find any where were at. However she did get two pairs and I will post pictures of her with them when they come in.

Well that's about all. Its bedtime and considering I've had little sleep in the past 24 I want all I can get tonight!
